By using Testimonial Collector, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

Testimonial Collector provides a hosted tool for collecting, managing, and displaying written testimonials from your customers. You get a unique form link, a dashboard to approve testimonials, an embeddable widget, and a public wall page.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for how you use the testimonial collection tool. Use it only to collect genuine testimonials from people who have actually used your product or service.
  • Do not use the service to collect fake, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to collect and publish the testimonials you gather.
  • You must not use the service for spam or any illegal purpose.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever with limits on the number of projects and testimonials. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refund requests are handled per LemonSqueezy's refund policy. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have a billing issue.

Availability and uptime

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we make no guarantee of 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or disruption.

Free plan branding

The Free plan includes a small “Powered by Testimonial Collector” badge on your public wall and embed widget. Upgrading to a paid plan removes this badge.

Account termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@testimonials.makhloufi.me. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
